Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (information technology preferred).
2.4+ years IT relevant working experience
3.Good in English writing and speaking.
4.Ability to communicate and to work in international teams
5.Good communication and presentation skills
6.Good knowledge of Microsoft operation system and Office products
7.Familiar with latest IT technology (VoIP, Smartphone …)
8.Knowledge of ITIL foundation
9.Certificate of CCNA is an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Involved in incident management and problem management, identify and resolve end users’ IT service problems in accordance with defined service level (2nd-Level-Support, Link to 3rd-Level-Support),
2.Provide day to day technical support to internal customers for desktop systems (desktops, software, printers, smart phone etc.) including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
3.Support central team with defined operation tasks of local server, LAN and PABX system.
4.Support the local implementation of IT new products and solutions.
5.Support internal marketing and communication initiatives to internal customers.
6.Provide IT training and consulting service to internal customer
7.Contribute to system standards, IT policies and processes (ITIL, data security, FS process, etc.).
8.Storage utilization and file sharing management
9.Support IT infrastructure for manufacturing
