职位：区域销售经理
工作地点：广州
岗位职责：
1、负责销售团队的管理工作、执行销售活动，完成销售指标；负责市场开拓、销售渠道建设；
2、及时掌握行业市场动态，参与公司产品市场营销策略的制定，并监督执行；
3、负责进行市场客户分析，发现并引导新的市场机会和客户潜在需求；
4、负责项目谈判、跟踪和管理，款项的回收，与客户的沟通协调等工作。
5、负责制订公司渠道和推广管理制度及工作规范；
6、负责对公司渠道和推广人员进行业务指导和专业培训；
7、全面把握公司产品的市场状况，了解同业竞争策略，为公司产品的市场定位提供科学的决策依据；
8、定期主持召开公工作会议，全面准确地撑握公司的渠道和推广政策及运行状况。
任职资格：
1、5年以上营销工作经验，3年以上本职工作经验，熟悉市场管理，有手机和家电配件销售经验优先；
2、优秀的资源整合能力、良好的沟通技巧和团队建设能力；
3、具有敏锐的市场洞察力、较强的逻辑推理能，以及行业市场预见能力；
4、良好的独立分析和解决问题的能力，有大项目的成功运作经验；
5、丰富的销售经验，能准确把握客户心理、了解客户需求；
6、适应不定期短期出差，能够承受工作压力；
7、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀者优先。
