Package: RMB 50-60K p.m. x 13 mts + bonus
Based / Work location: Dongguan, China
Offices cover: Dongguan, Shenzhen, Sweden, UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, India, USA and Canada.

Description:
The candidate should able to support Global Processes via shared services center based in Dongguan. The candidate should be able to run a HR team for operations as well as being a HR business partner to senior management in Sweden in questions in the area of HR aspects, include but not limited to recruitment, training and development, employee satisfaction, retention, incentive system, driving performance mindset, installing and nurturing corporate culture.

Qualification and Requirement:
？ At least 10 yrs of HR generalist experience in foreign owned entity, particularly in manufacturing environment, of which a min of 5 yrs in people management role
？ Degree holder and English is an essential skills
？ Proven HR operational excellence and potential to handle strategic questions
？ Pro-active, hands-on, passionate to work with people, open mind, multi-tasking and who is continues looking for challenges
？ Able to build a strong team with high level of service mindset as well as deliverable
？ A team player, good communication skills with flexibility to adopt changes, particularly in a multi-cultural environment
