职位描述
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）
1. Leading project teams in the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total affordable system solutions through the administration of the Target Costing process and necessary analytical support.
2. Provide direction and process insight to Target Costing Analysts within the Product Category.
3.Applying the Target Costing Process for new and existing products and will provide support to project analysis tasks to facilitate the process enabling project teams to reach performance and cost targets.
4. Work closely with sourcing and quality teams to align and manage project related activities in all phases of project execution
5. Daily contact and communications with China suppliers and Whirlpool procurement personnel in other regions
QUALIFICATION （任职资格）
1. Broad knowledge and understanding of Engineering and Finance functions in a product development environment with constructive experience and excellent quantitative analysis/modeling capability
2.Excellent communication and teaming skills will be required for the necessary interfacing with Project Management and counterparts/management in Marketing, GCD, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Procurement.
3. 4+ years experience in a procurement, operations, manufacturing or supply chain environment, preferably in product development with direct Target Costing experience
4. Strong computer skills and modeling experience is required which might include: Microsoft Excel, CAD programs, and product evaluation software.
