职位描述
1. Setup HR department, including Company Policy & Procedure, Employee Handbook
2. Manage performance management system and job evaluation
3. Plan and develop compensation and benefit program
4. Staff recruitment and developments; HR strategic planning and establishing HR systems to hire and retain staffs
5. Deliver management training programs and liaise with different offices so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and ensure staffs are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements, also the training needs for staffs
6. Responsible for payroll, attendance and leave management, insurance
7. Assist to set up China branch offices
