Qualifications:

Bacholer Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position
Have implemented at least 2 Tier 1 ERP systems with vast knowledge of system design and analysis work
Must be proficient in all aspect of the systems development and software implementation cycle
Strong interpersonal and communications with good command of English
Strong analytical skills and have the ability to motivate team members to meet company objectives
Possess considerable knowledge and leadership experience in functional areas
System Analysis Skills
Well versed with programming knowledge such as Java/MS.Net/ASP
Familiar with desktop, notebook, handheld, and server computer hardware


Job Scale:

To manage the team of IT personnel to provide IT systems support to business units in the SD BMW China
To support the users in harnessing the power and features of the IT systems in order to produce timely and accurate information which business decisions depend on
Coordinate users requirements and ensuring there are adequately satisfied and to get user agreement on priorities of enhancement
Responsible for effective user support and providing end user computing solutions, and ensure actions are planned and carried out to meet performance objectives in resolving end user problems


Job Description:

Manage the team of IT personnel to monitor their progress and grow their career development as well as provide guidance.
Engage the users to ensure they are harnessing technology to assists in the running of their business
Lead the project team in implementation and manage resources
Work with Principal system to execute business units IT plan and improve on the business processes.
Train users in the use of application and write training materials
Plan and strategize with senior management on the dealership expansion plan.
