RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide professional training & development service and support to credit card and unsecured lending sales team

- Assist in the development and implementation of the internal policies and procedures

- Streamline the operational process to enhance the daily efficiency

- Participate in HR ad-hoc projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Familiar with human resources functions with at least 1 years hands-on experience in training & development field from sizeable organization

- Good knowledge of credit card and unsecured lending relative business will be preferred

- People oriented with good communication and presentation skills

- Multi-tasking with strong ability to work under pressure

- Energetic, cheerful and responsive, enjoy team work is a must

- Good command of spoken and written English
