职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. To provide input into the BU HR strategy and to formulate the HR annual plan for their entity in line with
business requirements to support the needs of the business and to ensure consistency in HR practices and
high HR performance standards.
2. Plan and organize recruitment activities based on business hiring request and talent market trends.
3. Supervise and handle compensation and benefits operation including annual compensation review,offer proposal,
incentive schemes,payroll delivery and individual income tax affairs etc.
4. Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies,plans,policies and guidelines in
accordance with company's business objectives, in order to sustain company's culture and enhance employee's
engagement.
5. Ensure the proper implementation of performance management system, including communication of performance
planning and appraisal program,consultation and advice to managers/employee on performance issues.
6.Provides advice and counsel to manager and supervisor regarding HR practices and policies.
7.Design, implement training and development programs and evaluate, analyze training result to facilitate the
organization's talent development.
8. Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
2. At least 5-8 years solid HR BP/Generalist working experience in MNCs, proficient Knowledge in Labor law.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English .
4. Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
5. Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skills, hardworking,integrity,open minded and team player spirit .
6. Self-initiative, flexible, well-organized, Independent and detail oriented.
7.Ability to handle various tasks independently under pressure and intensive time schedule.
8. Strong sense of business and service, quick response and efficient working style
