<P><BR>Qualification <BR>- Candidate should exhibit sales coaching skill and management skills <BR>具备业务教导能力和管理水平 <BR>- Candidate should possess excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective <BR>服务热诚，具有强烈企图心，勇于挑战高业绩 <BR>- Candidate should be strategic in thinking and meticulous and disciplined in execution <BR>具备策略发展规划能力和较强的执行力 <BR>- Possess knowledge of risk management <BR>具备风险知识 <BR>- College graduate or above， bachelor degree or above is preferred. <BR>大专以上毕业，学士学位以上优先 <BR>- Work experience: Minimum 2 years of direct sales or 1 year sales management experience in credit card , insurance, personal loan or related finance products <BR>具有两年以上信用卡、保险、个人贷款等金融相关领域销售经验或一年销售管理经验者优先 <BR>- Highly integrity <BR>高度诚信正直</P>
