Trade Ops Processor (Vendor staff)
单证部操作文员

DEPARTMENT: O&T
LOCATION: Shenzhen

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Perform daily export bill documents receiving and pre-processing
? Perform daily BOP reporting
? Perform daily Draft related processing
? Maintain manual registers and relevant records
? Provide professional and standard service to corporate clients
? Handle both relationship managers’ and clients’ inquiry
? Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

KEY REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor degree
? Good knowledge of related banking regulations is preferred
? Good personality, high responsibility, high integrity, willing to work under pressure
? Fluent written and spoken English
? Excellent PC skill, especially in excel etc
? A team worker, willing to learn
? Willing to work overtime
