Citi Commercial Banking - Small&Medium Enterprises/International Banking Business Sales Anchor

商业银行部（中小型企业/国际企业）销售助理（派遣员工）

§ Receive walk-in customers and field phone inquiries by sales officers

§ Serve as the customer contact point for the Sales Team

§ Assist in customer related transactions, documentations, and coordination

§ Provide sales support work to enhance sales team productivity

§ Assist sales team in information searching for sales activities

§ Assist sales team in data consolidation and filing

§ Qualification of colleague or above

§ At least 1 to 2 years working experience which can demonstrate the effectiveness in a supporting role. Working experience in banking or sales will be a plus

§ Strong marketing skills and be able to build good rapport with customers

§ Fluent read & written English

§ Energetic and be able to work under pressure

§ Great people skills with good communication and well-organized

§ Smart thinking and fast to deliver a satisfactory result

§ Organized ability, good interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge about banking transactions or the ability to pick up such knowledge in a short period of time

§ Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
