职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Develop future state value stream map for each product line
- Identify continuous improvement projects to close the gap between current state value stream map to future state value stream map
- Lead production lines to implement future state value stream map with the assistance from production line resource by tasking relevant person to complete the identified projects.
- Responsible for monthly continuous improvement reporting
- Provide continuous improvement coaching as needed
- Complete any special task assigned by site continuous improvement leader and site management team
Requirements:
(a) Knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent with good knowledge in Industrial Engineering
- 5 years' experience in driving 6 sigma & Lean activities and holds black belt/ green belt certificate or lean master are prefer.
- Experience in presentation and conducting training
- Strong background on statistical works and up-to date on continuous improvement techniques and initiatives
(b) Skills
- Excellent communication skill with all levels of organization
- Collaborative teamwork with other department
- Good oral and writing English
