1、大专或以上学历，英语熟练，电脑操作熟练；

2、熟悉国际贸易和国际货运代理的文件操作流程，熟练使用文件出单系统以及有与海外对账经验；

3、对客户态度温和、耐心，具有一定的亲和力；工作严谨认真，具备较强的独立处理问题的能力和应变能力，主动服务意识强；团队意识强；

4、1年以上国际货运代理、物流相关领域业务操作经验，有国际物流公司文件操作经验优先。
