PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Maintain and accelerate development of package gas in GZ.
2.Lead sales team strong to achieve sales target, budget, marketing analysis, developing business and to assist the Competitive Strategy support for Guangzhou industrial package gas business.
3.Meet/Exceed targets for PIP and Margin Enhancement.
4.Cooperate with other function team actively, smoothly communicate with relative department.
5.Manage and improve the sales team productivity and insure account receivable in time.
6.GZ Package Gases Product Management
- O2, C2H2, N2, A2, He, Mix, LINX, ....etc all industrial package gases
- Product pricing strategy & standards to achieve DP and PIP goals for GZ.
7.To growth the package gas business in Guangzhou using applications technology and competitive predominance from company.
8.To become the leading experts to meet customer's requirement in GZ for the package gas Sales, Marketing, Value-added Service and application technology support area.
9.To provide valuable information including sales; marketing; prospects, competitor's activities and their selling stratagems and customer's service/complain for GZ.
10.To work closely with Guangzhou's operation, and others department to improve efficiency and reduce cost for GZ.
11.To develop and maintain current customers and database of prospects, customers, and sales trends in package gas sales, marketing, and applications technology and customer service in GZ.


REQUIREMENTS
1.Job Incumbent is expected to have Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline. There is an added advantage if incumbent has a postgraduate qualification in business administration.
2.6+ years commercial and/or commercial technology experience with business process experience
3.Job Incumbent is expected to have fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of other dialects and languages would be an advantage.
4.Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
5.Job Incumbent is expected to have Self-motivated and goal oriented.
