Responsibilities:

Lead HR Operation, including but not limited in staffing, compensation and benefits, training and employee relationships, performance management.
Implement HR programs in Shenzhen, cutomize corporate programs if needed.
Conduct research and complicance with labor laws to make sure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local regulations.
Conduct a baseline assessment of HR activities and develop plans for improvement in all necessary areas.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the group through effective participation in the management teams and ensuring leadership in key HR areas.
Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team members.
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by HR Head.
Requirements:

Above Bachelor degree in HR or related major.

HR generalist background with broad knowledge and hands-on HR experience in MNCs is perferred.

Minimum of 3 years' in managerial role.

Manufacturing HR business partner experience will be a plus.

Familiar with local labor regulations and laws.

Good communication skills.

Independent, results on oriented and willing to take initiatives and challenges.
