Responsibilities:
*Manage the engineer and technician staff of SZ E&V sensor development group
*Secure resources to completion of programs in time and cost;
*Put in place and apply design & verification rules from US site in all development steps from prototyping, development and serial life (support to production)
*Secure good synchronization and information exchange between Local and US eng team for design of product without incident.
*Support SZ production team / purchasing team during industrialization and introduction of new component in production
*Write/improve verification/test/development procedures based on lesson learns or evolution of design complexity. *Train new engineer or technician of the company integrating the eng. team
*You will collaborate with the electrical/mechanical/software manager of US team to:
-Build Design specification.
-Build support for communication on on-going design
-Coordinate electrical/mechanical work at SZ during the project
-Coordinate planning between on-going project and manage reporting to the US technical management staff
Requirements:
*Background of Electronic Engineer, technical experience is mainly oriented to analog design;
*At least of 8~10 years experience with a minimum of 6 years as manager of a technical team, within Automotive industry will be a plus;
*Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory
