职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To achieve sales and profitability target
2. To manage collection and achieve collection objectives
3. Identify prospective customers, making presentations, negotiating contracts, renewing orders, and promoting and implementing that involves hands-on projects at customers' sites.
4. Work with credit control team to ensure all customers pay according to the standard payment terms
Liaise with distribution and customer service centers. Be the voice of customers in delivering current and future needs of customers. Retain current customers by maintaining supply reliability, resolving both product and commercial issues.
5. Ensure safety standard is observed and meets local regulatory requirements for all products supplied to customers by performing customer qualification process.
6. Provide demand forecast to supply chain team to achieve optimum inventory level.
7. Be a team player, covering team member's duties, answering to their customers' inquiries in their absence, assist and support when necessary
8. Provide monthly sales forecast report to the local commercial manager before the 3rd of every proceeding month for the sales activities conducted in the preceding month, reporting on current volumes, revenues, new signings, customer loss and new prospects.
9. Update all quotes into the centralized sales quotation database
10. Attend monthly sales meeting and all other meetings associated with SZ office.
Requirements:
1. Diploma/ Degree in engineering or science discipline and/or minimum 5 years working experience in offshore industry.
2. Minimum 2 years of selling experience.
3. Possess good communication skills and computing knowledge, hardworking, independent, and be able to work effectively in a team.
4. Job Incumbent is expected to have fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of other dialects and languages would be an advantage.
5. Job Incumbent is expected to have Self-motivated and goal oriented
