任职条件：

1、 本科或以上学历，营销类专业优先考虑；

2、 一年以上高档写字楼租赁工作经验，或银行、高档会所、俱乐部客户经理经验；

3、 有扎实的文字功底，具有市场调研及报告编写工作经验优先考虑；

4、 有强烈的工作责任心及服务、团队合作意识；

5、 具有一定的学习、沟通和应变能力；

6、 形象气质佳，普通话标准，电脑操作熟练，精通英语者优先考虑。



岗位职责：

1、按照项目计划和操作程序开展楼盘租赁活动，完成租赁目标；

2、根据要求，完成目标区域、竞争楼盘市场调研工作；

3、协助营销分析、活用客户组合、定价和促销策略；协助正确评价供应商，有计划、有比较、有步骤地调整和优化品牌结构；

4、负责盘源、成交系统等业务资料的维护、更新及其他租后服务工作；

5、跟进及拓展行业协会的客户渠道。
