任职条件：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有零售行业或商业地产行业工作经验，熟练操作办公软件；
3、有强烈的责任心，较强的保密意识，任劳任怨。
4、法律/财务/中文/物业相关专业；对租赁合同关键条款熟悉并能灵活运用。

主要职责：
1、租赁合同填写、制作及初审工作；
2、建立租赁合同台账；
3、收集和整理租赁合同备案资料；
4、参与公司与商户间的洽谈，形成会议纪要，并根据洽谈结果形成拟定相关文件；
5、每月对合同到期、续签、新签及退租等情况汇总形成报表交由经营分析人员进行分析。
6、根据项目需求协助起草相关商务函件；
7、协助将将租赁合同信息录入POS系统；
8、完成主管领导交办的其它工作。
