Job Description职位描述：
- Direct and coordinate buying/purchasing projects, mainly about hotel products, home décor and outdoor furniture, including supplier selection and evaluation, negotiating contracts with vendors, and providing and maintaining procurement data。
- 管理和协调采购项目，主要是酒店用品、家居和户外家具类，包括供应商的选择和评估、供应商合同的洽谈、提供并维护采购数据。
- Develop and recommend buying strategies to ensure operational efficiencies and increased customer service levels.
- 改良和推荐采购策略，以确保高效运营和更优质的客户服务。
- Negotiate with and influence suppliers to improve timeliness of delivery, lead times, pricing, terms and service to ensure leanest total cost of ownership.
- 同供应商洽谈并指导供应商，改进交货期的准时性、生产周期、定价、合同条款和服务，以确保最经济的产品成本。
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchasing requests.
- 确保询盘得到及时和准确处理。
- Contribute to the measurement and reporting of supplier performance.
- 参与供应商评估报告的制作。
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
- 处理其他偶发的特别项目和任务。
Requirements要求：
- At least 3 years overall progressive experience in buying/purchasing
- 至少3年的采购经验
- Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
- 高超的谈判能力和人际交往能力
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast paced dynamic environment
- 能适应快节奏的工作气氛
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- 良好的口头和书面英语沟通能力
- The holding of Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao is a plus.
- 有港澳通行证者为佳。
