Revenue Finance Intern:
Job Description:
In support of our Revenue Finance initiative on distributor bill-back (a multi-million cost saving project), Revenue Finance team looks for a self-driven, business savvy accountant who is ready to take on new challenges. This role is critical to reinforcing the relationship with the distributors and executing the current and new business processes that Revenue Finance team continues to improve. Main responsibilities include:
- Reconcile distributors’ weekly inventory to ensure accurate POS revenue reporting Communicate with distributor to resolve the inventory discrepancy based on the solid understanding of operational process both from Cypress and distributors’ perspective;
- Communicate with distributor on the data analysis results and ability to effectively resolve the discrepancy with Distributor;
- Actively interact with Accounts Receivable/Collection team to ensure the timely invoicing and collection of the bill-back;
- Assist in month-end/quarter-end financial reporting and analysis;
Job special requirement:
- Bachelor degree with Accounting/Finance major, knowledge of US GAAP revenue Accounting;
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English;
- Strong user of MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables);
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office;
- Five days per week in summer and winter holidays, three to four days per week during school time;
- Senior students in the university
