OIA Global is an American based company and dedicated to deliver to clients a unique combination of global logistics, creative packaging solution and footwear materials management with footprint over 75 countries.

Responsibilities:

-Handle customer claim and/or complaint on footwear materials.
-Settle claim with customer and supplier in a sound manner.
-Follow up on product return, replacement or monetary adjustment.
-Drive the corrective and preventive action with supplier for quality issues.
-Maintain good and easy tracking files for claim and quality issues.
-Conduct material quality inspection in accordance with standard at supplier.
-Address quality issue to the supplier production.
-Reconcile with QA Manager for major issue at customer and supplier.
-Follow up with sample making request and arrange relative quality test.
-Maintain good filing system for test records and samples.

Requirements:

-University degree graduate.
-Minimum 5 years working experience in leather or footwear industry.
-Understand the basics of quality management system and process.
-Work independently, strong analytical skill, attention to details.
-Capability to compile data and report with Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.
-Good command of both spoken and written English.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
-Travel often to customer and supplier location.
