Responsibilities:
Overall Function Requirement:
1.Maintain and update APAC region customer master data and CPN. Coordinate with US Data Admin and CS persons on data collection and set up.
2.Process customer orders; Support customer requirements by coordinating with RFMD internal teams.
3.Provide proactive services to our customers to maintain highest level of customer satisfactory.
4.Do the job complying with RFMD policies and Sarbanes Oxley regulations.

Job descriptions:
1.Maintain customer master data and CPNs in APAC region. Update the data in timely manner as required by Customer Service agents.
2.Coordinate with US Data Admin to ensure the proper ways of data set up; Coordinate with CS to make sure that the data is correct and accurate.
3.Help CS agents on master data and CPN set up – training, follow up, verifications.
4.Obtain complete and correct orders from customer; Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including order entry & changes, expedites & push-outs, cancellations, RMA management.
5.Coordinating with RFMD internal team on material availability, factory commit, and on time delivery.
6.Communicate with customer on open orders, shipping schedule, and special requirement; Transmit data to customer side.
7.Obtain pricing and commission information. Quote to customer when required. Monitor price and commission accuracy with the orders.
8.Coordinate with customer and internal team to solve possible issues on logistics, credit, quality, and others.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in relative major. High level in English writing and speaking.
2.Positive work manners and eagerness to learn.
3.Good communication skills. A team worker.
4.Detail orientation and multiple tasks handler.
5.3 year work experience in customer service field or in similar environment.
6.Skilled in computer office programs; Experience with SAP is a plus.
