Responsibilities:

Develop and improve the fly knit weekly shipment reports.
Develop reporting so we are tracking at the SKU level.
Weekly global fly knit shipment reports issuance.
Excess yarn and cable management. Amounts and values. Including shelf life management.
Program manual development and maintenance.
New pricing and costing set up and management of master costing and pricing files.
Write and maintain fly knit process documents.
Sample yarn inventory management. Including shelf life management.
Upper and yarn shipment reporting. Keeping record of the details around shipment costs.
Maintain freight rates for shipments to knit centers and intra-Asia upper shipments.
Report:
Actual lead times yarn production
Actual lead times shipping times.
Delivery metrics and supplier scorecarding
Approved color oversight.
Fly knit yarn and cable forecasting
Other tasked as required.

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent.
Good understanding & knowledge of demand planning, forecasting logistics, warehousing
Good relationship development & maintenance skills with diverse product suppliers and all teams within OIA.
Program management skills demonstrating the ability to manage scope, cost, time, quality, risk, resources, and deliverables.
Project management skills demonstrating the ability to manage activities, deliverables, and timeframes.
Excellent written and oral communications in English and in native language.
Excellent written and oral communications both within & outside OIA
Effective business problem analysis and creating creative solutions
Project/work planning experience in a structured work environment.
Ability to analyze problems, independently develop solutions and present solutions and rationale for final approval.
Experience in working with senior executives and managers both internal and external.
