·Manage, for plastic and electronic toys, the entire process of product industrialization made by suppliers, from the prototype stage to the mass production.

·New product development processes, activities and communications, including development and qualification of prototype and production tools, sampling, product testing, trial runs and final production readiness.

·Work closely with various cross-functional group members, including marketing, material purchasing, planning, logistics and quality to ensure proper execution of each product development phases, timely closure of project issues, tracking and documentation of engineering timing and cost changes.

·Promote, problem-solving activities, to solve problems raised during the development stage in order to keep the product in time.

·Act as key interface with HQ team and suppliers on product feasibility, manufacturability (DFM), cost and delivery timing for all product development.

·Provide technical expertise and supports to other non-technical groups in terms of quotation price tracking over the product development cycle.

·Provide regular and timely project progress updates and reporting to relevant project team members.

·Perform investigation and analysis into customers’ complaints, then working with relevant functions and suppliers to resolve them effectively.

·Initiate, propose or participate in projects for delivery lead time reduction, product cost reduction, and process improvement.

·Solid experience in digital technologies applicable to plastic and electronic toys

·Degree in engineering, EE

·Minimum 6-7 years working experience in project engineering/ management, in consumer products (home appliances, hard/soft toys, office equipment). Preferable with electronic background.

·Sound experience in electronic development, melody/voice IC, IR/RF control. Experience in electronic touch pad would be advantage.

·Familiar with Toys safety standard

·Strong communication and co-ordination skills highly desirable

·Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

·Fluency in spoken & written English, Mandarin /Cantonese
