职位描述/Job Description:

会计经理向财务总监汇报，他/她的主要职责带领会计小组建立健全会计与成本核算体系，资金管理，内控与审计体系，资产管理体系，税务管理，定期向母公司及相关政府部门汇报会计报表，协助外部审计师进行财务审计，牵头开展保险工作，确保公司相关会计、资金、税务、内控的健康运行。

Accounting manager reports to Finance Director. His/her main responsibility is to lead the accounting team to establish and improve accounting and cost accounting system, cash management, internal control and auditing system, assets management system, tax management, prepare regular accounting statements to mother companies and relevant government departments, support financial auditing by external auditor, lead insurance works, and ensure robust operation of accounting, treasure, tax, and internal control work.

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

• 根据会计准则及会计制度建立会计核算体系及会计政策。

Set up the accounting systems and policy in compliance with Accounting Principle and Accounting Policy.

• 根据中国财务准则制定和维护公司的财务政策，协调会计和税务系统的开发。

Develop and maintain Company’s Finance Policies in accordance with the Chinese Accounting Rules and Principles; Coordinate the systems development for accounting and tax.

• 根据中国会计和国际会计准则的要求协调并牵头及时编制财务报表，以满足管理层、政府机构、和股东的需求。

Coordinate and lead the preparation of Financial Statement on a timely basis in accordance with Chinese and International Accounting Standard to satisfy the needs from Management, government agencies and shareholders.

• 确定所有财务会计档案资料的报管都符合中国会计准则和要求。

Make sure all accounting records and information is maintained in accordance with Chinese Accounting Rules & Principles.

• 按时审核帐户调节，并督促相关AP、AR与供应商或客户进行帐务核对，以确保财务报表的正确性和真实性。

Review reconciliation in time, push AP, AR accountants to check the balance with suppliers and customers to ensure the financial reports can be recorded correctly and truly.

• 熟悉ERP系统财务模块的各种功能并能指导会计人员进行系统操作，以满足ERP账务处理及制作财务报表等工作要求。

Acquainted with all functions of ERP modules, he/she should be able to guide accountants in system operations, so as to realize accounting and financial statement preparation in ERP.

• 熟悉ERP系统财务架构，并能同IT一起改进及提高财务模块各项功能，以更高效地利用系统功能提高工作效率。

Acquainted with Finance ERP framework, he/she should be able to improve and enhance all functions of Finance module with IT, so as to take better use of the system and achieve higher efficiency.

· 通过登记、控制和定期实地盘存，有效管理公司资产。

Manage the company’s assets through efficient listing, controlling and regular physical inventory check

• 全面推广内部控制体系, 确保公司各项业务操作及流程均符合内部控制要求。Implement internal control process to ensure all the business process and procedure in compliance with internal control requirements.

• 协助完成外审、内审工作。

Assist external and internal auditor to complete audit.

• 负责公司融资和资金管理工作，开展资金预测。维护同银行的关系，负责贷款、银行合同条款、以及金融工具（套期保值）的谈判。

Be responsible for the financing and the cash management of the company. Prepare cash forecasts. Manage relationships with banks; negotiate debt, banking terms, and banking tools (hedging).

• 确保公司的业务操作符合税法的规定,有效地支付税费并使公司享受最优惠的税收政策。

Make sure the company complies fully with the tax law requirement, make sure the taxes are paid in an efficient way and make sure the company can benefit from preferential tax policies.

• 建立有保障的保险管理体系。

Implement a secure insurance management system.

任职条件/Qualifications:

• 至少8年以上在会计或相关领域的经验。

At least 8 year experience in Accounting or related fields.

• 至少5年以上团队管理的经验。

At least 5 year work experience as a team leader.

• 具有汽车或制造型企业相关工作经验。

Relevant work experience in automobile manufacturing.

• 本科以上学历，财务或商务专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance or commerce.

• 持有会计上岗证。

Holder of accountant license.

• 良好的内部控制和会计概念。

Good sense in Accounting and internal control.

• 良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力、全局观念。

Good communication, cooperation, organization skills; awareness of a full picture.

• 良好的英语能力（听、说和写）。

Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing.
