? Perform regular office patrol to make sure all facilities &utility are in good condition and log down the record
? Ensure the elevators & lights & air-conditioning run in good condition
? Office Maintenance follow up
? Ensure Sample handling compliance with company Sample handling and control policy
? Gate access card control and distribution
? Other jobs assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
? 2 years + work experience in maintenance and facility management
? Electrician certification holder
? Good English skill in reading and writing
? Good communication skill
? Accept shift work
