JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist

LOCATION: Beijing

REPORTING: Corporate Director

Responsibility:

1. Based on an understanding of the Chinese Energy market (volumes, prices, products, customers, competitors…),be responsible for executing Marketing Plan for China, Oil &Gas experience is a plus.

2. Liaises with Sales people to ensure the implementation of the Marketing Plan.

3. Writing and editing content for newsletter, press release, speech, and corporate publications

4. Provides editorial review of the Chinese translations of marketing-related materials

5. Analyze Chinese current situation and state policy, the potential for market growth area to adjust company marketing plan accordingly.

6. Understand the market and offer recommendation action for future growth.

7. Assist with sourcing industry media, PR agencies or communication channels, etc.

8. Trade shows, promotional activities, organizing and support all divisions.

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales in the energy industry (Oil and Gas experience is a plus) or similar international industrial business experience.

2. A Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration or other relative majors

3. Fluent in English and Chinese, team player.

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Ability to adapt, quick learning, flexibility and management skill.

6. Analytical skills

7. Build knowledge of a market where the footprint of company is growing.

8. Ensure efficient functional relationships with other entities (Headquarters, overseas sales office)
