Responsibilities
? Directly report to General Manager and Finance Manager for all business and financial analysis issues
? Analyze business performance, including the procedures and costing structure, etc. and provide recommendation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency and maximize return
? Prepare and interpret periodical performanaceanaylsissuch as forecasting, project controlling and capital and risk management tosenior management for decision making
? Support Finance team in reviewing, developing, maintaining and enhancingfinanical policy and procedure
? Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
? Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting or related disciplines
? Minimum 4-5years experiencein management accounting for financial analysis
? Proficient in English and Chinese
? Responsible, self-motivated, detailed oriented and able to work independently
? Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
? Computer and MS office applications
