Role Synopsis

Provides Driving Safety Administration and HSSE support for all Sales within China.

Key Accountabilities

General

Support to all Sales including National Sales and OEM Sales on new car handover and driving safety.

Supports the teams to recognize, evaluate and mitigate risks associated with Sales driving risks.

Support all Sales and HSSE teams and Implement the China SMART strategy and direction.

Provide and assist all Sales teams’ safety training and performance track.

Assist all Sales teams on the safety meetings and communications.

Leadership

Demonstrate correct HSSE behaviours.

Advice Line managers ensure all Sales business activities related with driving remains at an acceptable level.

Compliance with Legislation & Regulations

Ensure China SMART policies and practices comply with BP & China regulations and requirements

Training and Support

Attend BP certified DDT TTT training and assist delivering routine driving safety induction, training and communications.

Analysis and Identify the potential training needs

Policy and Procedure Implementation

Implement China car policy and SMART plan

Coordinate training, new car handover events;

Conduct and participate road safety inspection including ride along and road surveillance;

Monitor and track all Sales’ driving performance KPI

Coordinate and conduct regular emergency exercises as required;

Assist all Sales on the risk assessments including Journey Risk Assessment

Incident Investigation and Report

Assist incident investigation and root cause analysis, and liaise with HSSE for the mitigations;

Maintain all records and track to closure"

Essential Education

University Degree.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements

Preferred 2 years working experience in safety management or road transportations.

Good working knowledge of driving safety laws and regulations

Good inter-personal skill.

Capable to use English language to accomplish work tasks and social interactions in a broad range of circumstances.
