Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

· Bachelor or above degree, better in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

· 5 years or above managerial experience as QC/QA Engineer or Supervisor in MNC, better in paint industry.

· Experienced with ISO 9000 knowledge and statistics & other quality control tools (e.g. 7 new QC tools) as well as root cause investigation tools.

· Experienced with site hygiene and analytical instrument operation, such as GC, viscometer.

· Good in use of Microsoft Office.

· Strong leadership & people/communication skills.

· Good in spoken & written English.

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

· Ensure meet company HSE&S objective.

· Be responsible for internal technical support for daily QC tests and inspections.

· Lead team to communicate with technical/QA colleagues for test method standardization and specification of raw material, products & packing materials.

· Be responsible for establishing operating instructions for QC instruments & equipments.

· Organize parallel test at LF, GZ and SH sites and take actions with QC team to improve accuracy & precision of QC test results.

· Provide support in investigating customer complaints, product failures and internal & external audit findings, and suggest corrective & preventive actions.

· Join the site quality improvement projects as an active adviser / inspector in leadership.

· As deputy when PRC QC Manager is on leave.
