职位描述
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
? Support to improve national wide retail operation level
? Drive retail projects
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Track and assist to improve national wide retail operation level
? Work closely with retail development manager, to make sure the brand image is well protected and brand guideline is well executed in field.
? Build up the regular tracking process to monitor national counter display and BC grooming. Make improvement accordingly.
? Systematically drive Addict to Retail project (ATR) excellence.
? To consistently improve ATR base on field dynamics.
? Coach new door counter managers/counter chief counter operation guideline.
? Involve in mystery shopping projects.
? Contribute to improve BC consultation service.
? Initiate data analysis to monitor ATR execution, down to BC level.
? To record and check retail manager counter visit report of non-top doors.
? Follow up development plan to all the counter leaders to build up a strong team of counter leader.
? Coaching supervisor in the G.R.O.W project and improve the total performance of BC team on execution and result.
? Closely work with training and HR department to build up a clear/multiple career path of Beauty Consultants, Experts, retail management as well as development plan and follow up actions;
Proactively involve in the retail projects
? To roll out new BC integration plan
? New door performance tracking
? BC uniform management and budget control.

? SOP roll-out and improvement
? ATR, BC grooming, counter visit report check and record.
? Mystery shopping result

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Key competencies:
? Result and action oriented
? Strong Interpersonal and communication;
? Willing to work under pressure
? Good knowledge to the retail cosmetics management environment and strong analysis;
? Good analytical skills
? Proactive and hands-on.
Technical skills:
? Excellent MS office skills
? Excellent English in both written and oral
Profile :
? 3 years retail cosmetic management experience or training
? Bachelor Degree or above
