职位描述

We are looking for a high performing, experienced analyst to join the GCX SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) team to participate in designing, launching, and supporting an exciting new initiative within GCX. This role will be key in designing and implementing a standardized procedural documentation process with the goal of eliminating process variability, and enabling process improvement and improved change management throughout the GCX organization. This is a global role with specific regional responsibilities.

You will be responsible for working with the SOP team to design a program that will enable all areas of GCX to effectively document and maintain standard operating procedure. You will have specific responsibility for building strong relationships within the Asia Pacific GCX teams to lead this effort in your region. You will be responsible for facilitating process discovery discussions, with the purpose of defining global processes, while identifying and articulating required regional exceptions. You will identify key stakeholders and process/policy/tool owners in order to facilitate signoff of process documentation, as well as establish long term maintenance and governance accountability. You will engage with product, process, and policy SME's to ensure accurate and proper representation of each process. Where necessary, you will partner to facilitate process discovery, gap analysis, and agreement on best practices. You will work with the SOP team to coordinate regional change management and communication activity, partnering with appropriate GCX resources. You will consult with local leadership with the intent to transfer knowledge and responsibility to build and maintain SOP documentation.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience, or with the potential and desire to fulfill these requirements:

* Position may be leveled between a 23 and a 25, depending on experience

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong process improvement skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Working knowledge of standard industry OE tools and methods (Cost benefit, root cause, value stream, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Visio, Word, Excel
  • Ability to analyze and articulate complex processes
  • Ability to work within existing process while identifying and defining opportunities for process improvement
  • Able to influence peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership
  • Able to simplify and clarify complex and ambiguous process and procedure
  • Self-directed and able to thrive and succeed in a remote management setting
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
