职位描述
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Operation manager of Greater China CS Dept. will be
1. Manage a Customer Support team consisting of Supervisors, Specialists, Senior Customer Support Representatives, and Customer Support Representatives.
2. Oversee the daily activities of Customer Support with a focus on motivating staff to meet/exceed daily service objectives, quality standards and productivity metrics.
3. Communicate and ensure the team is prepared for workflow, system, and or procedural changes.
4. Represent department to assess impacts of company initiatives and ensure appropriate support.
5. Implement initiatives, products and policies to support eBay business development.
6. Foster relationships with all functional groups within eBay, worldwide.
7. Identify possible event drivers and business challenges, formulate solutions and facilitate implementation.
8. Coordinate with other CS centers and related Functions to achieve the targets.
9. Participate in product review and system enhancement testing before each push.
10. Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
11. Partner with outsourcing team to jointly deliver the goals
Job Requirements
12. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
13. Minimum of 8 years working experience, call center or consultant background is preferred, experienced in manager role is a plus
14. Excellent commands of English/Cantonese or English/Mandarin
15. Fast learner, good at data analysis and take execution quickly
16. Energetic, adapt to change and eager to work for a fast paced, growing company
17. Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
18. Team work spirit and excellent communication skills
