This role is the key contact for all eLearning customers in Asia (China including HongKong and Taiwan, Korea, Japan). Work close with PTC University team to help eLearning users well use system. Not only provide support to external users, the person also needs to support internal teams to make sure eLearning business run smoothly. As the connection between Asia team and corpration , this role is responsible for loud the local voice and help with product improvement.

Customer Support:

Support customer with questions regarding to eLearning system by phone, eMail, case.
Answer, triage, and dispatch calls to other departments as needed
Order process and confirmation letter sent out
PrecisionLMS account creating and maintain
User registration and license assignment
Regular MNT renewal input
New release system performance testing and localization testing.
Regular system exceptions reporting
Issue investigation and information collection for development team

Adoption:

Key account regular follow up by phone call , email , visiting .
New user online or onsite demo
Assistat internal team pre-sale and afer sale activity by giving demo and propose

Requirement

At least 2 years work experience in global company.Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skills.Customer service and Support, Administration, Technical Suport experience are preferred. Work independently, customer focus, career built mind, responsible , who is interested in working in I/T industry with business sense.
