Job Description

1.Receive and register the customer’s service needs. Gain a full understanding and prejudgement of situation, communicate with the service engineers and manufacturer’s service team to find out the solution. Try the best to help the customers solve the problems as soon as possible.

2.Make service plan, asign service job to team service engineer, check service report and time sheet.

3.Make service contract with customer about out of warranty service.

4.Keep communication with manufacturer’s service team to share the service case information

5.Update the weekly status report for the received machine failures and classify the cases, then send it to the service manager, sales directors, division sales managers and each European service team managers;

6.Manage the technical documentations

7.Give the internal training to the junior service engineer and sometimes to the customers;

Support service engineer for the field service at the necessary time.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics or Electronics;

2.5+ years related working experience with CNC machine for grinding technique

3.Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;

4.Team oriented and strong systematic and coordination skill;

5.Result oriented

6.Excellent written and spoken English and computer skills.

7.Good leadership skills and capable for continuous learning.

8.Good communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of

management and clients, and interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally

9.Be familiar with Fanuc or Siemens Control System
