Job Description

1.Implement C&B policy, administrate the process and support to design C&B structure

2.Operate monthly calculation for attendance, benefits and salary, to ensure the punctuality & accuracy for settlement

3.Conduct job evaluation, participate C&B survey and propose the findings with actions to company

4.Administrate salary increase and review benefits scheme, based on the Internal/external data. Manage and refine all the benefits and insurance programs

5.Compose staff cost budget to echo the HR department

6.Handle personnel procedures such as working time monitoring, HR information maintenance, HR vendor management and etc.

7.Manage all employment contracts and documents, such as probation management, contract renewal, etc.

Expatriate administration support.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in C&B

3.Be familiar with HR information system（C&B module） and Platinum HRIS system is preferred

4.Good at MS office and Proficient in Excel is a must

5.Be familiar with Labor law, labor contract law, individual income taxation regulation, and other C&B regulations

6.Good English skill, both written and oral

7.Good communication skills, logical and analysis thinking

8.Independent and detailed oriented

9.Confidential sensitive, accountable and open minded
