· Report to Operations Manager, China Region

· Based in Shanghai but required to coordinate with business line and general management managers located in various offices in Greater China

· Occasional business travel in Greater China

Major Job Responsibilities

· Conduct project reviews, identify potential issues, formulate action plans with various business lines and drive and monitor progress of agreed action plans

· Assist in financial performance forecasts

· Coordinate and drive preparation of management reports and documents across different business lines and different offices in Greater China

· Assist in enforcing risk management

· Assist in developing, implementing and managing operational strategies that are consistent with the company’s values

· Collaborate with the Quality and Systems Implementation Department to ensure compliance with corporate requirements

· Identify common operational issues and propose improvements to enhance business efficiency and commercial returns

· Conduct market researches and assist in business decision process

· Keep track and follow up executive responsibilities

· Monitor company secretarial duties

· Provide trainings to others as required

Key Skills

· Good command of English and Chinese

· Cantonese advantageous but not a must

· Excellent written skills

· Have good proofreading skills and be detail oriented

· Strong computer (MS Office, especially MS Excel) skills

· Great multi-tasker

· Strong interpersonal/communicational skills

· Sensitive on confidential information handling

· Have good business/commercial sense

Qualifications

· College degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Engineering

· Minimum 8 years of experience
