1、国家正规院校大专以上学历( 翻译 /贸易/ 运输类专业优先 )；
2、有3年以上货运/贸易相关工作经验;
3、英文良好(CET-4)； 听说读写熟练；
4、认真、踏实、积极、努力；
5. 工作认真负责、有极强的责任心；
6. 具有较好的沟通协调能力。
7、有较强团队合作精神。
8、深圳市居民/户籍。

Job Description

1. Answer customers,HK and overseas office /
   partner’s inquiries.
2. Receive Bookings.
3. Prepare and Follow Up on Quotations, Sales
   Leads, and Routing Instructions
4. Liaison with Overseas Partners/Agents/Offices
5. Prepare Monthly Sailing Schedules
6. Daily, weekly or monthly reporting
7. Co-ordinate Customer Requests with the Operation Teams.
8. Perform Telemarketing and Visit Customers
9. Send Pre-advise & Pre-Alert
10. Reporting and Collecting Tax Invoices from the Tax Dept as and when
    required.
11. Collect/Despatch documentation whether business or government
    as per company requirements
12. Monitor the opening & closing of Job files and other administration
    work as required.
