职位描述

Job Purpose
Responsible for administering compensation policies and programs, conducting market benchmark, analysing and interpreting market data, making recommendations that support the development of effective C&B programs aligned with CEVA China’s reward strategy and business needs.

Key performance area and measurements


  • Responsible for and proactively conduct compensation and benefits surveys/benchmarking and analyzing results in order to assess competitive labor market trends, improve salary structures, develop salary budgets, and update policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation;
  • Responsible for annual salary review, pay structure, bonus review; Develops and coordinates communications and manager/employee communication for compensation programs;
  • Administer compensation policies, guidelines, procedures and programmes;
  • Responsible for internal job grading system implementation and regular review;
  • Stays abreast of statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration, and market practices on C&B activities to recommend appropriate course of action and ensure compliance with all relevant compensation related legislation;

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Solid compensation and benefits knowledge and planning skills
  • Advanced analytical/quantitative skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Advanced PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Minimum 8 years’ HR related experience with 5 years’ focus in C&B
  • 3 years+ Experience with C&B market survey and analysis
  • Experience with leading HR survey/consulting firms is preferred
  • Experience in integration activities and global C& B awareness desirable
  • Experience in logistics industry is preferred
