Responsibilities:

？ According to the demand input from sales and marketing colleagues direct strategic and operational manufacturing plans and capital investments for the region, including preparation of investment projects.
？ To formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and cost improvement programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the regional profitability of the business unit.
？ Lead the implementation of the EHS Program for safe operation of the plants, and coordinate the Product Stewardship activities for safe handling and storage of all EV products in the region with the purpose of sustaining the profitability of the RBU business by positive differentiation from competition.
？ Define and monitor KPIs for all production sites for lean manufacturing, EHS and other improvement measures, as well as ensuring the sharing of best practices.

Requirements:

？ Solid CAPEX experience in Manufacturing Planning, strategy & policies in the Region of Asia Pacific
？ Relevant experience in Site EHS and Chemical Product Stewardship
？ With strategic and wide horizon to take up regional role
？ Sensitive to financial figures and practical experience to building chemical site or facilities investment or M&A projects, etc.
？ University degree in Chemical or relevant discipline
？ Individual contributor with good convincing and communication skills
？ Highly exposed to regional Asia Pacific with reputable chemical MNCs will be advantageous
