岗位职责：
1.根据产品定义进行系统分析,独立完成电路设计、验证等工作
2.配合项目负责人按时完成项目，并对所负责模块进行技术文档编写
3.根据工作需求指导版图工程师完成版图设计


岗位要求：
1.电子工程相关专业本科或硕士学位
2.本科四年以上经验或硕士两年以上经验
3.具有数字电路，模拟电路，半导体器件等相关知识
4.熟悉matlab并有以下产品经验为佳：高速ADC/DAC、PLL、LVDS、Serdes、AFE


Responsibilities:
1.System analysis, Circuit design and debug to meet product specification
2.Work with project leaders to complete the project timely
3.Provide guider to layout engineer
4.Be innovative and careful
5.Outstanding ability of self-management and attain goal under pressure



Qualifications:
1.BS or MS in Microelectronics-related fields
2.BS with four years or MS with two years of IC design experience
3.Knowledge with IC design, Semiconductor physics
4.Experience with matlab and the following product will be plus.
