Summary
Act as the client manager (including relationship management) for the assigned group of new and renewal clients and utilize and build strong H&B business knowledge and skills to deliver customized solutions to these clients addressing their needs. Peer review and finalize client deliverables. Assist on jumbo clients as a specialist or key team member.
Responsibilities
-Data Analysis
·Request and review client and vendor reports
·Prepare reports as necessary to support projects
·Ensure relevant business data and client files are updated and maintained
-Communication
·Communicate and negotiate with carriers surrounding vendor management issues – (ex. turn around time, service statistics, performance reviews, etc.)
-Product and Market Knowledge
·Learn and apply advanced product and complicated implementation procedures
-Problem Solving and Decision Making
·Capable of solving ongoing client and vendor issues without supervision
·Take ownership of assigned tasks and process5%
-Client Management
·Handle new mid-sized clients independently
·Provide jumbo account day-to-day support
·Participate in renewals focusing on employee satisfaction, vendor management and annual reporting
·Work on fee-for-service projects and shorter term relationship management
·Independently conduct and coordinate renewal and remarketing exercises
-Financial Management
·Responsible for collecting all fees or commissions for small to mid sized clients
Growing Business
·Will be responsible for managing individual revenue goals
Requirements
-College degree
-At least three years' work experience in insurance industry including group health insurance experience.
-Ability to work independently and on teams
-Good analytical skills
-Good written and oral English
-Project management experience
-Broking license required within 3 months of hire
