Director- Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B)
Main responsibilities-
· Lead in the delivery of client work (ultimate ownership for outcomes)
· Form effective teams, share client background and goals, measure results, share ideas, and feedback to team members
· Thorough understanding of advanced strategy and broking/consulting including benefit strategy, goal setting, pricing strategy and business cases development
· Exhibit thought leadership—understand and be able to articulate EH&B’s point of view to clients effectively
· Exhibit leadership in business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
· Become trusted advisor to clients
· Highly leveraged by retaining existing clients, extending and expanding current client relationships and adding new clients
· Delegate responsibilities effectively
· Take ownership of both internal and external financial requirements for revenue recognition and compliance
· Responsible for overall client financial results, management and profitability
· In addition to individual and team revenue goals, actively involve with client relationship building and recognize opportunities for cross LOB business development
· Identify process improvement opportunities and maximize resources to get things accomplished
· Take an active role and participate in H&B efforts and initiatives such as new product development, people initiatives, quality assurance and operational excellence
· In addition to managing, coaching/mentoring team members, contribute to talent management
Requirements-
· 10-year work experience in group insurance industry or employee health and benefits consulting industry
· In-depth industry knowledge and keen marketing insights
· Strong capabilities to maintain mid-size to jumbo clients and good business sense to expand business
· Demonstrated team management and coaching experience
· Bachelor Degree
· Fluent English
