职责：

1. 采购合同实施；
2. 跟踪合同的进展情况；
3. 按项目要求，与供方协商缩短交期并跟踪；
4. 品质缺陷和交期延误的紧急处理；
5. 不合格品退换货处理；
6. 按合同约定，与财务部协调材料款项及时支付；
7. 其它特别交代任务

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，工程或建筑专业优先;
2. 至少2年以上建筑幕墙采购方面经验;
3. 熟练运用英文读写,能做为工作语言优先;
4. 能承受工作压力,好的团队精神;
5. 主动性强;
6. 熟练运用办公软件,同等条件下,熟悉并能运用CAD优先;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Release P/O’s to vendors according to PR released
2. Follow up PO’s and expedite where appropriate;
3. Maintain the pre-determine lead time and coordinate with suppliers to shorten/postpone where necessary;
4. Help resolve quality and delivery issue
5. Arrange rejected materials to be returned to vendor when required.
6. Coordinate, follow up and liaise with finance department to release and process payment to vendors as per contract terms and conditions
7. Ad-hoc tasks when assigned

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or above in engineering, preferably in civil engineering
2. More than 2 years working experience in curtain wall
3. Able to read and communicate in English
4. A good team player and able to work under pressure
5. Self-initiative
6. Well-versed in MS office application, preferably in CAD application.
