Job Description:
1. University degree major in international trade or business administration is required;
2. Careful, responsible and patient in work; good team work spirit.
JD KRA:
1 Shipment tracking
1) Check with the partner about shipment plan & status and details, push them arrange it in time delivery of the shipments.
2) Advance issue, push the partner deduct the advance for avoiding any loss
3) Shipment shortage, check with the vendor and solve it if any in time
4) LC issue follow-up
5) Document issue follow-up
2 Spare parts tracking: check with the partner about spare parts status and delivery schedule, push them arrange the shipment in time and support India team to arrange.
3 Shipment documentation: provide the document to the vendor in time when necessary, MP letter issue, custom clearance document etc-Guide vendor about document preparation as per requirements.
4 Shipment record maintenance: keep any shipment delivery record and any sample delivery record and in stock record
5 Support the forwarder and HQ team: to educate the vendor to arrange shipment to the forwarder. Push and monitor the vendor to arrange shipment delivery
6 Arrange sample delivery & courier management arrange sample delivery by DHL and other courier. Sample reception, dispatch record, in stock record etc.
