Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects for the organization in Asia Pacific region, from understanding the current practice and recommending the optimal and efficient solution, to liaison with technical team and provide training to users
- Lead continuous improvement / re-engineering projects and activities across the Region of APAC
- Support all functions of the organization across APAC, with cost saving effort by increasing efficiency of operation process flow and reducing cost of transactions, minimizing the non-value added work processes
- Serve as Change Management Agent and Expert Consultant for operation process to improve customer satisfaction


Requirements
- MBA/MSc/MEng with minimum 3 years of working experience in continuous improvement / re-engineering projects preferably from Chemical Industry or sizeable MNCs
- With background in ISO and Six Sigma will be welcome
- Candidates who are currently working in Process Improvement / Quality System / Survey Measurement / Business Migration are also welcome
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong influencing skills managing internal and external stakeholders to drive change across the organization
- Good presentation skills and the ability to impart knowledge, combined with the ability to facilitate improvement teams
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Well-versed in English (Putonghua/Cantonese is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Access
- Knowledge in SAP or PMP certified would be an added-advantage
- Keen in pursuing project management track
