Main Responsibilities and Duties

Support Expansion projects people related activities, responsibilities include:
Daily:
1, Borrowed co-worker & Freelancer contract preparation, signatures, chopping and distribution.
2, Store co-worker contract preparation, signatures, chopping and distribution, before store HR Admin in place.
3, Internal and external Open IKEA posting, in both websites and posters.
4, CV screening and filing, summary and reporting.

Monthly:
1, Documentation and maintenance of HR Expansion policy, process, routine and manual, etc.
2, Store co-worker PA, Payroll process with BSC, and FESCO process, before store HR Admin in place.
3, Freelancer payment process.

Per project:
1, Group interview support, both in document preparation and on-site support.
2, GlobalView (HR system) and KRONOS (timekeeping system) set up and payment process.
3, The other vendor contracting and payment process if any (e.g. PI course).

Knowledge
