QA/质量控制工程师
Location/工作地点: Shenzhen/深圳
Report to/直属上级：Quality Manager/质量经理

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责：
To validate the product/components’ quality before shipment.
确保产品/元件发货前符合质量要求；
To find the immediate solution if supplier has quality problem of the product need to fix as shipment demand.
客户提出质量问题后，及时提出修复、解决方案，以满足发货需求；
Monitor supplier process regularly and do risk assessment if there is potential quality issue in supplier's process and product.
定期监测供应商制造流程，并就潜在的质量影响因素进行分析评估；
Associate with Product Engineer and the supplier to review engineering build in supplier site.
与产品工程师、供应商形成良好沟通，以确保产品符合要求；
To execute the audits in the supplier (Quality/Social/Lab) .
供应商资质、资格、能力的各项审核；
To help our suppliers to make continuous improvement on quality system and process.
协助供应商质量体系和流程的持续改进；
Co-work with Product Engineer or Sourcing Engineer to verify the sample or prototype.
与产品工程师/采购工程师合作检验产品样品；
To help Supply Chain to check production status when in factories, and inform SC any potential delays caused by quality problems.
协助供应链确认工厂生产数据，及时通知可能发生的延误或质量等问题；
Complete regular quality report include quality inspection report for shipment and daily QC record.
完成发货质量检验及日常质量监测等质量管理报告；
Handle failure analysis of our customer complaint on shipped product. Co-work with supplier to fix the product to avoid the recurrence.
处理客户对已发货的产品质量投诉，协同供应商解决质量问题并避免类似问题再次发生。
JOB REQUIREMENTS/任职资格：
Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical, engineering is preferred
电子、制造、机械相关专业大专以上学历，工程设计专业优先；
Minimum 2 yrs SQE experience in China (Electronics, plastic, metal, silicone mold, manufacturers of PCBs & assembly / integration factories).
2年以上供应商管理经验（电子产品、塑料、金属、硅胶模型、电路板等）；
Working experience in international company is preferable; electronics engineer background is a plus.
具备国际公司工作经历最佳, 有电子产品工程师工作经验优先；
Familiar with ISO, experience of factory audit is a must .
熟悉ISO流程，具备验厂经历；
Knowledge in AQL is a must.
具备AQL合格质量标准知识；
General familiarity of manufacturing equipment & processes.
了解生产制造类设备及流程；
Report and hand all issues in a professional manner.
能够以专业的态度处理各类工作事务；
Able to coordinate various quality issues and update on a daily basis.
具备处理各类质量问题及日常工作报告的能力；
Strong interpersonal & communication and training skills.
较强的沟通交流和人力关系处理技巧；
Honest, keen in details, hard working, team player and responsible.
