QE/质量监测工程师

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责：

End to end to involve prototype brief, prototype evaluation and mass production kick off to ensure product quality on behalf of quality department.

全程跟进样品制作、评估、规模制造的启动，为产品质量提供全面保障；

Co-work with Project Manager to validate the prototype quality to be content with the requirement of safety, application and functionality.

协同项目经理对样品质量进行检测，确保安全性、实用性和功能性；

Prepare QC check list for prototype and maintain QC check list in product pilot and mass production.

制定样品的质量监测清单以确保产品试用及规模制造的质量管理；

Integrate into the engineering project team and take responsibility of prototyping quality issues such as safety, functionality and operation requirements, packaging design, etc.

参与工程设计组的相关工作，对样品的安全、功能、操作要求、包装设计等质量问题负责；

End to end to involve prototype brief, prototype evaluation and mass production kick off to ensure product quality on behalf of quality department.

全程跟进样品概要、评估至规模生产，确保产品质量；

Provide experienced suggestion and solution to the supplier or Project Manager in the process of prototype and mass production.

在样品制作和规模生产过程中，为供应商及项目经理提供可靠的建议、方案；

Responsible for the documentation of all quality issues in prototype and product pilot run, formulate and release QC check list.

负责样品、测试等所有流程中相关质量文件的提供；

Monitor supplier process regularly and do risk assessment if there is potential quality issue in supplier's process and product.

定期监测供应商的制作流程，并对其流程中潜在的质量风险提出评估；

Associate with Engineering and Sourcing to review engineering build in supplier site.

协助工程设计、采购人员对供应商现场进行评估；

Carry out the supplier audit together with purchasing team regarding quality system, production equipment, production bottleneck and capacity.

针对质量体系、生产设备、薄弱环节、产量等因素，与采购人员对供应商进行审核评估；

Participate in customer simulation practice with QC team to better understand products and customer expectation.

模拟客户需求以更好理解产品及期望；

Handle failure analysis of our customer complaint on shipped product.

处理客户对已发货产品质量问题的投诉。

JOB REQUIREMENTS/任职资格：

Minimum 5 years QE experience in China; experience with foreign companies preferred.

5年以上质量监测工程师相关工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先;

Solid knowledge of working in teams on projects and products in electronics (LCD, LED,etc.); plastic; wood; metal; acrylic; mold manufacturing; PCB assembly, etc.

熟悉电子产品、塑料、木质、金属、塑胶材料，模具制造等项目流程与知识；

Bachelor degree or above, Electronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

大专以上学历，电子、制造、机械类相关专业，工程设计专业优先；

Experience of factory audit; good knowledge of the production setup, and equipment list of different factories.

有相关验厂经验，熟练掌握产品调试、制造设备等专业知识；

Knowledge of AQL/ISO is a must, electronics engineer background a plus.

掌握AQL/ISO相关知识，具备电子类工程师背景者优先；

Report and hand all issues in a professional manner.

具备处理日常事务的专业技能和态度；

Strong interpersonal & communication and training skills.

较强的沟通及人际关系处理技巧，并具备一定的培训能力；

Honest, detail oriented, hard working, team player and responsible.

诚实，关注细节，吃苦耐劳，有良好的责任心和团队合作能力；

Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

积极主动，能够独立承担工作和一定的工作压力；

Good written and spoken English.

良好的英文听说读写能力；

Able to travel frequently.

能够适应较频繁的外出和短距离出差。
